Dr. Yi is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable in her expertise. Dr. Yi is the first dentist I have had in my entire 34 years of life who has taken the time to give excellent advice with top-tier bedside manner. Dr. Yi spent time thoroughly explaining each procedure to me and visually showing me in my X-rays the issue at hand. In addition, Dr. Yi made it very clear that my dental care was my choice and she would support each of my decisions. I felt comfortable, informed, and welcomed in her care. This level of care I’ve received from Dr. Yi is exceptional. Lastly, her office staff is equally as talented and courteous. They provided a great environment of support, knowledge and care. I will continue to come back to Dr. Yi’s office and recommend her practice to new patients looking for a group who truly cares about your dental health. I also loved the small details in her practice (essential oils, drinks at the front, copies of procedures prior to agreeing). The above components add up to a great experience for any patient looking for competent, intelligent and talented clinicians!
5 months agoWe have been patients of Dr Yi for over a decade. When she moved to Claremont I decided that the hour plus drive to see her was worth it for myself and my son. Just recently after going to see multiple dentists and not receiving the same quality of care she provides my husband followed suit and made the change. As luck would have it, my husband cracked a tooth on a Saturday of all days. He sent a text message to the office informing them of the emergency. Dr Yi took the time to communicate with him on Easter Sunday and had him in on Monday. My husband was worried about loosing the tooth and all the money he would have to spend on an implant. Dr Yi worked her magic and saved the tooth. Any other denstist would have pulled it but she truly cares about her patients not just making a buck. She is always kind, takes the time to listen to your concerns and always tries to provide the best care and recommends the best path forward when it comes to deciding on a treatment plan. Truly the best dentist and staff.
2 months agoMy husband and I completed our full dental treatment with Dr. Sally Yi at Renov Dental Group, and it was truly one of the best dental experiences we’ve ever had. The professionalism, care, attention to detail, and genuinely warm atmosphere were present at every step — from the very first visit to the final result. I’ve always been very afraid of pain and dentists, but Dr. Yi treated me with such tenderness and care, as if I were her own daughter. That sense of safety and respect for my fears was priceless. She explained everything calmly, worked gently and precisely, and I felt trust from the very beginning. A special thank you to Kristine, who was always incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Even the little touches — like the drink fridge at the entrance — show how much they care about their patients. All the juices are sugar-free! Isn’t that just the sweetest thing? We’re deeply grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and heartfelt care. We’re your patients for life now ❤️
a year agoIt’s hard to imagine a better experience. The office staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The doctor is exceptional, kind, compassionate, and completely focused on her patients’ well-being. She’s new to Claremont, having come from another practice with her husband, and is sure to fill up quickly. You won’t find anyone better.
8 months agoI visited Renov Dental recently, and I was honestly so impressed. I’ve been to quite a few dental offices before, but this was the first time I felt truly heard, cared for, and understood. The doctor took the time to explain everything in detail and even checked to make sure I understood each step. That alone made me feel so comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, and the overall atmosphere of the office was warm and welcoming you know that feeling when you walk in and can just tell it’s a good place? That’s exactly how it felt here. Highly recommend Renov Dental to anyone who wants a dentist who’s professional, patient, and genuinely cares about their patients. I’m really glad I found this place!
